Neil Amper, SIOR, vice president of Capstone Properties sold a 9-unit 3-building office complex located at 100 Jefferson Blvd. He has been the leasing agent for the property since 1990 and has been retained as the leasing agent by the buyer 100 Jefferson LLC. The seller, Spectrum Properties, constructed the building in 1986 for their own use. The sale price was $2.5 million.

Charles Daggett Managing Principal Mohr Partners, Inc. of Dallas, Texas and Neil Amper, SIOR of Capstone Properties, Providence, Rhode Island have co brokered 12,000 sf of office space located at 1 Cedar Street, Providence, Rhode Island to Vanasse Hangen Brustlin (“VHB”). VHB is a diversified engineering company that was established 35 years ago and has 22 offices on the east coast. VHB was formally located in downtown Providence and will occupy a building that was formally used as manufacturing and that Omni Properties purchased to convert to offices.

Chris Greenman and Neil Amper, SIOR have leased 6,000 square feet of retail space located at 684 Kingstown Road, Wakefield, Rhode Island. Chris Greenman represented CVS in subleasing the space and Neil Amper represented Sears Homestore. The store will sell appliances and home products and function as a catalogue pick up location. The owner Neal Lacomb operates multi locations throughout New England and is relocating this store from another location.
